Services

Completed services are not returnable. If you have a concern after a visit, contact the studio so the team can review your experience.

Unused package balances may be reviewed according to the package agreement provided at purchase. Promotional packages may have separate restrictions.

Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within the stated window on your receipt. Opened products may be final sale.

Refunds or adjustments for financed purchases may be subject to CareCredit or Cherry provider rules and processing timelines.
